Sometimes our clients have special demands and requirements for the recruitment process.

Polaris is at present Recruitment Partner for di.se – Your career/Dagens Industri, which gives good opportunities for strengthening the client's brand through boosted advertising. We are happy to discuss customised solutions that suit the specific needs of each client. In other cases, the client wants a considerably more in-depth psychological assessment – and we can, of course, also offer this. As a Multi-channel search but with the addition of:

Recruitment administration

Some clients essentially want to look after recruitment themselves in a traditional fashion with advertising etc. but do not have the resources to manage the administration and contact with all applicants.

We can also help with this and, in the knowledge that the client's brand is valued on the basis of, among other things, external contacts, we handle the entire administration in a professional and well-thought-out way where each candidate is treated as an individual and with the proper respect. The results are compiled and the client decides himself how to continue with interviews, personal profile analyses etc.

 

Board recruitment

A competent and professional board can make a great difference to any company. Often what is required is people with specific experience and qualities - but finding these outside the closest circle of friends can be rather difficult.

Polaris Headhunting has a large network of contacts and communicates on a daily basis with different executives and board members, so we do not have any problem either providing competent candidates for both chairman positions and as board members.

  

Second opinion

It is sometimes the case that clients themselves identify potential candidates but want an independent and impartial opinion on these.

We can, of course, also help with this. We begin with a meeting together with the client so as to understand the requirement profile for both the candidate and the position. After this, we carry out interviews, personal profile analyses and check any candidate references.
