We think that it is important to maintain straight, direct and effective communication based on trust for all candidates in our assignments. Candidates with Polaris Headhunting can also expect to receive personal feedback from each process they take part in.
Of course, we respect confidentiality and demonstrate the greatest discretion and respect for candidates' integrity. For this reason, we never pass on candidates' details to third parties without specific approval.
As a recruitment company, we largely make our living through our many good contacts with high-performing and competent people and we are, therefore, always interested in getting more candidates into our network. You will find all public assignments we are working on at the present time under the current assignments link. You will find details of these positions in the respective adverts.
We also work on assignments where our clients want to be confidential and we do not, of course, advertise these positions on our website.
If you do not find any advertised position that suits you or only want to remind us that you are interested in a fresh challenge, you are welcome to send your CV and Cover letter to us at the following e-mail address.
